FAT Tuesday

I started the day off strong with my “Morning Workout” and Yoga… then this delish treat…


I’m calling it my “Apple Pie Smoothie”

Got in a thirty minute “run” (well, one minute run, two minutes walk), then another 20 on the elliptical. Roughly 80 minutes of moderate fitness today!

Now, I’m making this:


You guessed it… biscuits & gravy. 

With bacon.

And french toast.

And beer.

They don’t call it Fat Tuesday for nothing….
