I had every intention to head to the gym and do a 45 minute run, since I actually got home on time. That is…. Until I sat with the man on the couch. Two hours later, I awoke with ZERO motivation to go to the gym. But, I was feeling lazy/guilty. Then the dog needed to out, and it had stopped raining.
Perfect outdoor workout! The pup and I ran 2 hill intervals…. It’s half a mile down, half a mile back up. Time two = two miles in twenty minutes. I suck at running uphill, but still managed a 10 MPM pace. Great sunset run!
